Just look at lines 4 and 5 in the record. You mentioned in one of your posts above seeing a February date, and you are correct. There is the date of Feb 1, 1901 on line 5 of the record. On line 4 above it, you see the name of Giuseppe Nicita who was the secretary of the town of Pozzallo who ...
