Hi Kenan,

the surname PALANGA is common in Puglia because the palanga or palanca is an instrument used to build the 'Trullo'.

Tramonti is a town of the ancient 'Principato Citeriore', so there you can find civil records starting from first 1800s.
You don't know when they was married, so you can't ask for a marriage certificate without this date, otherwise your request will probably never be replied to.

the town is Torre Annunziata in Naples' provincia (about 25 km), is right edmondo, where my grandfather norberto was born in 1922.

There is a grat confusion in italian towns organization, I know...
However: Guardia Vomano is an ancient town, now part of a larger town Notaresco in province of Pescara Teramo. Same for Montepagano that is part of Roseto degli Abruzzi (province of Teramo).

Hi Tina,

Peter is right about the difference between Torre del Greco and Naples; moreover, is possible that your relatives are now living in another 'comune' on the gulf.
