Re: Help Aquiring Certified Naturalization Certificate in NYC

Hi Eric!

I have searched quite extensively online for the certificate and I do believe it exists. That being said, I am fairly new to genealogical research and would certainly appreciate some second opinions. I do not think a copy of the actual naturalization certificate itself exists online but I ...

Re: Grandmothers and Jus Sanguinis

Huh, thanks for bringing that to my attention. Do you think our cases are really the same? Do you live in the UK? I read your most recent post, and it sounds like there may be some extra factors going on. What is your line of decent? My line of descent does start with my GG-GF and then my G-GF.

I would love to find an actual birth record which confirms this information online somewhere, so that ...

What documents are required for jus sanguinis?

Hi all! Grandmothers and Jus Sanguinis

Hi all. Like many here I am trying to figure out whether or not I qualify for Italian citizenship through Jus Sanguinis. My line of descent goes; Great Great Grandfather -> Great Grandfather -> Grandmother -> Mother. I am worried that I might not qualify because while my mother was born 1958, my ...
