On further study, I'm thinking that is is Laurino, not Guarino and Rosario instead of Mascario, only because these are more common names for Caltabellotta. But it helps to have a second pair of eyes, so thanks again.

Thanks you so much! The only thing is the record is in the register for 1871, and I checked a few of the entries around this one and I think its 1871 instead of 1881. I'm glad you helped me on this cause I would have incorrectly thought the midwife was one of the parents. Much appreciated!!
