G'day all, I am applying from Australia under the rule of 1948.
Do Naturalization certificates need to be translated and Apostilled?
I have been told that they do not. Please clarify.
Thank you.

Re: 1948 rule & lawyers who handle the cases
I have has contact with Paola CAPUTI, who seems ok. I contacted Luigi with a very straightforward 1948 case. Grandmother born in Italy, father born in Italy in 1947.
He kept saying 'move to Italy for 3 years.
Very strange, i get the feeling he does not want to take on more cases.

Avv Paola CAPUTI 1948 case. Reviews/feedback?
From Australia.
I'm interested in hearing from anyone that has used Avv Paola CAPUTI to represent them for a 1948 case?
How many cases has she represented? How many won?
What were her costs?
What was her communication like?
Is she competent?
Thank all,

Re: 1948 Case with Luigi Paiano - Australia
G'day all,
Short version is I have obtained all birth/death/marriage certificates for my family dating back to 1703.
I have also obtained Australian Naturalization certificates.
Next step is to have the Apostilled and translated from English to Italian.
I have a quote from Avv Paola Caputi and ...
