2 more marriage record questions

Hello,

I have two more questions from the following marriage record.
Marriage Record.jpg
In the first red square, are they saying that the individual was born in Nove, or does that say/mean something else? In the second red square, what is the surname? Is it Cassalli or Cazzalli?

Thank you!

Help with a word on an 1856 census

Hello,

Can anyone help me read the second word in this image? It is from an 1856 census record and the category was "Condizione di Ciascuno Individuo."

Thanks in advance!
