Ellen
It's possible that Saveria's mother's surname is Zeo, but I'm not sure. Is this record online? If so, can you copy and paste the url? Thanks.

Her first name is Brigida.

Ellen, I don't currently have a subscription to ancestry.com and can't view the record through the link you provided. I'm sorry.

Is Brigida a very unusual name? Ive never seen it before. I have come across 1 or 2 Zoe names also rare though. Also I can not make image any bigger or it distorts. I got most info I could. I pretty sure its Septemer 8 1877, I think she is 83 years old. Husband Eligio is dead. Her father was names Antonio Caso..And now hoefully her mothers name is Brigida Zoe.. :D

Ellen
I'm not sure how common the first name Brigida is in this area, but I've seen it in records for nearby Matera Province.

The record is dated the 8th, but she died yesterday, so on the 7th. She was age 83, and both of her parents were already deceased. The surname in the town is Zeo, not Zoe, and still exists there.

When in doubt about the spelling of a surname, it's always a good idea to look at some of the indices in the town, if there are any which follow the records or precede them. Sometimes these are somewhere in the middle, if the town is very large and there are several hundred records of a particular type for a particular year.
Also sometimes the spelling may be clearer in another record, particularly if it was written by a different town clerk, etc. That's why I like to have access to other records for the town.
