Paolo Armore, single, 25, blacksmith, born and residing in Monte San Giuliano, son of the deceased Leonardo & the deceased Adrianna Frazzitto. Antonetta Cardogna, 19, housewife, born om Vietri sul Mare and residing in Amalfi, daughter of Federico, a coachman, Marianna Proto, both residing in Amalfi.

the spouses, in the presence of witnesses, exposed that, from their natural union, a baby of masculine sex had been born, and given the name Cordaglio Giuseppe Domenico, born Aug 5, 1906, record #69, dated the 9th. With their marriage, they were recognizing him as their son and thus legitimizing him.

The record reads that the infant was born to Antonetta Cordaglio, age 18, in the house on via San Giacomo from her union with an unmarried man who was not a relative, or related to her in any degree, which would prove an obstacle to the infant's recognition.
I don't know why her surname is different in the birth record from what it is in the marriage record
