No idea. I got them from another family tree.

They're blurry, but the right hand side of the second image lists the two individuals in the household. Under the word "anime" (meaning souls) lists the head first "capo di casa" and the wife (I assume, hard to read) next "moglie". The wives were typically recorded with their maiden names, women never legally took husbands name in Italy.
The upper righthand corner of the second image introduces the record: "Riveli di (name)"... sometimes lists the parents of the head of the household, and the date of the census. Not all do, all pretty much follow the same general format.
These Riveli were available on familysearch up until recently when contracts changed. Unfortunate, was in the middle of utilizing them too.
