I found a birth record for Giuseppa Miceli in Montagnareale March 25, 1821. Lists a Vincenzo Miceli and a different mother - Febronia Blanco ?
Can anyone make any sense of all this?

The death record you have posted reads daughter of ..."d'ignota il nome e cognome" meaning the first name and surname of mother is unknown. Could just be that the persons declaring the death did not know her mother's name
At the least there seems to be some confusion over her mother's name...

I found in interesting listing in the ten-year index for deaths in Montagnareale
There is a listing for an
Antonia Blanco Di Giorgio - maybe Febronia also had these
two surnames (which is not that uncommon) - and that is where the confusion originates!?
