I'm not sure about the groom's mother's surname. It starts "Cast" and has a "g" 2 letters later. The only names that I can think of that fit that pattern are Castiglione and Castagna.

I read the bride's mother's surname as Castiglione, as well. 
This is a name found in Mussomeli.
Vincenzo was a farmer, and Maria Assunta was a seamstress.
