Is that baptismal record from Racalmuto? Isn't the mother the same person as Maria Concetta Grillo?

Yes, the mother is Maria Concetta Grillo. She normally used only her middle name which shows as Concetta in most documents, but Carmela in her death document. It is the same person because all the dates and relationships such as husband and children match up. I wish I had her birth or baptismal certificate.
