Normally, I find "e morte" followed by a name, but this format seems different, with the word for deceased (fu) appearing multiple times.

Francesco Faciello, age 54, died on 3 August 1810 @ 8 AM.
He was the son of deceased Donatantonio, and of Giacoma Cavalluzzi(?), and the husband of Maddalena Giustino. In addition to his wife, he leaves a daughter, Donata, age 22.
His death was declared by two of his neighbors.
