mothers name

Having trouble with mothers name. Guilia ,Huilia Votto. I do believe she died same year as daughter. 1821. ButCan not find her in that year with either of those names.

Yes, I got the Votta, Its her first name I can not make out. Those years go by first names and no such name appears
