Before me, Cavaliere Domenico Milone, Head Secretary ... of the State office in the town of Castellammare d'Stabia; appeared Giovanna Sansone, age 40, housewife residing in Castellammare, and Giovanni Somma, age 60, laborer residing in Castellammare, who declared to me that at 9:20 PM yesterday in the house in Via Piazza Grande, no number, died Alfonso Ancore, age 10 months, resident of Castellammare, born in Castellammare to Giuseppe, a fisherman residing in Castellammare, and to Maria Michela Zingone, housewife residing in Castellammare.
At this act were present as witnesses Vincenzo Cammasico(?), 60, laborer; and Raffaele Manfredonia, 60, laborer; both residents of this town. I read the present act to all the participants and only I signed as the others were illiterate.
