In my great grandmother’s wedding record it lists the location of her husband as “ “. I am reading it as Recanati, but I am a bit suspicious that a man from the east coast of Italy would marry a woman from the west coast back in1888. So I’m curious if anyone reads this differently. I’ve tried reaching out to the archives in Macerati for a birth record on my great grandfather to no avail.
Thanks
Can someone help with a location?

I am reading Recanati...
Parents resided in Recanati.
In the middle of the record it states that the groom was born in Recanati.
At the bottom of the record (which is a request to publish banns of marriage, not the marriage act) it states that the official requested from the Parish of Recanati, the birth act of the spouse on 24 March 1887, and he received it on 2 January of the current year. So the couple's banns were then posted beginning 8 January.

I agree with Tessa, Recanati… it is right.
Vincenzo was born in Recanati
here the marriage record, and no doubts, Recanati birthplace!
