Dated 22 April 1894 at 11:05 am at the town office.
Before the official...in Porto Mantovano appeared Franesco Arduini, 29, farmer residing in Porto Mantovano, to declare that at 5:10 PM on the 19th of the current month, in the house in S. Antonio, Montata Norsa #34, to Smeralda Corradini, age 24, his wife, farmer living with him was born a male child who was not presented to the official and to whom was given the name Giovanni, Stefano.
The declarant had the official dispense with the presentation of the abovesaid child because of the distance, and affirmed the truth of the birth.
