De Marco Antonia, nata il 11/11/1923. Morta il 14/01/2010.
Matrimonio celebrato il 11/11/1940.
Lentini Antonio, morto il 28/6/1967.

Figlio di Lentini Maria Concetta e padre unknown

My query is Antonio Lentini's father unknown and does the mother of Antonio - di Lentini Maria Concetta mean she was born Lentini and it is her family name or was this the unknown husbands name ?

Maria Concetta's surname is Lentini, and it was given to her son upon his birth.
Father is unknown, as you say.
