I hope someone will be able to help me with this record. Can someone please help me to transcribe what is written in the red blocks? Is “San Donato” and “Genitori Sconosciuti”?

Yes, it appears to read San Donato for place of birth.
Son of genitori incerti --- uncertain/unknown parents.

Here is the extract of birth for Angiolino from the marriage processetti (attachments).
He was presented on 25 February 1838 by Delia Iannuzzi, 40, Receiver of the abandoned in San Donato. He appeared to have been born on tghe 24th, and the official gave him the name Angiolino.

You will find the bride's extract of birth, and I believe I also saw the death acts of her mother and grandfather.
