Dominici
Dominici
I am trying to find out what part of Italy my great-grandfather was from. The only information I have is that his last name was Dominici. His wife's name was Teresa. He died in his late twenties. His wife put all her children in a Rhode Island state institution because she could not take care of them. She got remarried and took out the youngest child. My grandfather and his brothers remained there until they were teenagers. My grandfather's name was Umberto Dominici. The institution americanized his name to Albert Domenico. Please help me figure out where my grandfather was born.
