I don't believe the Nicolo Ridolfos in question were from Palerrmo but from Nicosia.

1900 census is below. Domenica and Giuseppina birth place likely Roccarainola -- province Napoli -- region Campania. There is a tree on Ancestry which is unsourced that shows Louis Edward's first wife as Evelyn May Powell with whom he had one child, Doris May Riani, born 1933, who married Armando Lucia (1927-2016).
