NYC Consulate... My appointment was last April, there were no additional requests of me after the appointment, just waited and got the letter last week.

My advice is to just ask the county clerk to certify anything that they are legally allowed to certify and bring everything you have with you... I really don't...

No email copies will suffice for any of the documents, they need to be hard copies. The ones I received also had the seal of the Italian village on them.
