You are doing nothing wrong. They are missing. These are images of the duplicate books kept at the Archives. The local commune may have the originals intact. You can try contacting them directly.

The '321' and 'Santa Moscato' within the box connects with the script margin note outside the box. It appears they wedged-in record 321, the baptism of Santa Moscato daughter of Luigi [Moscato] and Catarina Canarata.

I believe the referenced marriage also belongs to Santa Moscato as it is within ...

That last one looks like a very old record 16th-17th century? Common to see -ella or -nella as a suffix on a female's name
